I hurt my shins and have to bow out for a couple of weeks per my Dr. Good luck friends :)
  • My sister and I completed this full program and ran 10 5ks last summer no problem. I was never a runner, but found that the program was very easy. I also am at a healthy weight, but just wanted to tone up, and WOW, I saw results! My sister, who was overweight at the time (starting weight for her 177, her current weight is 123!!) she lost 30 lbs just by doing this!!

Ouch! :frown: Hope that you feel better soon!:flowerforyou:

I did W1D3 today. Went pretty well although on one interval in the middle I was going too fast. :embarassed:

First run in my new shoes and man, what a difference even at such a short distance! No heel or hip pain!

This has me written all over it!! hahaha Well at least the part about not being a runner and I'm pleasantly surprised at my progress and that I actually think it's kinda "easy". Hope my results will turn out to be the same as your sister! 10 5ks? WONDERFUL!

Well i managed to do Week 1, Day 3. I thought i wouldnt do it but I did lots of stretches before hand. I actually found it rather easier than I thought I would. Going to do Week 2, Day 1 on Thursday, weather permitting.
