I found a friend who wants to train and run races with me!
There are a few sporadic 5Ks coming up, a 10K in July (I think) and a HALF MARATHON in October. I've never run a race before but I want to run 5 races this year.
I need YOU, Challenge friends, to keep me running! I figure I need to run at least 4 times a week and can swing running that much with my work and school schedule.
