How are you all getting the mile ticker?
I am much more modest in my goals though somewhat inspired, here.
I would like to run 2 miles, twice a week. I'm hoping for 14 miles by the end of the month. I do walk too, and kick box, but I assume I won't count that.

Go to tickerfactory.com and set up an exercise ticker then copy and paste the first bbCode into your signature. Then you just update it there and it updates in your signature. Hope that helps.0 -
