Not sure if there is already a thread started for this? But I really enjoyed this challenge havent been able to make the full 24 hours yet. But I am not giving up!!!

There was a group that did this in January and February and people did AWESOME!! SO many people were motivated!

So, here's the deal..

Free to everyone and you can join at any time!

Started March 1!

The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours total in the month of March!

    Mar 1 - 30 min interval training
    Mar 2 - 44 min soccer game, 15 min ab ripper x, 10 min treadmill

    wow. thats a lot of hours. kinda scares me. but Im in. 2 hours and 10 minutes down so far!

  • this is perfect for me - i'm doing my '30 days of glory' - Bikram yoga everyday for 30 days in addition to my semi-detox - no pasta, potatoes or bread along with alcohol and softdrinks, chocolate, lollies etc!

    so far:

    walk with dog 20 minutes
    2/3: Bikram Yoga 90 minutes
    3/3: Bikram Yoga 90 minutes
