Considering theres a week left in the month and Ive lost like 2 or 3 pounds, I dont think Im gonna swing 10
And that's why we are doing this again for April

Ok I couldn't find this post to weigh in anywhere! But I found it now yay! This morning's weigh in had me at 156!!!! That's 8 lbs and we've got one week to go, I'm super excited and ready to do this again in April. Now if I could only remember how to get back here...0

Hey gang how's everyone tonight? Well I have been mad at my self all day because I was suppose to do my second day of the 9 week program on the EA Sports Active 2 and was just too tired from all the yard work. And just knowing that the system would say that I missed a workout was just killing me. Today my son had a baseball game and yesterday solenoid happened and I didn't finish the side yard the wife and son were suppose to pick the last two piles of leavesbit didn't so I did that tonight and took a bike ride with the son and it bothered me enough about the active that I did it tonight. I decided that the 3 week program that I completed before I did on the easy setting so this 9 week program chose to go with the medium setting and it is tough and I really did not want to do it tonight but I watch biggest loser from Tuesday night and it made me think as it always does. Get off your butt and do this no one is going to do it for me and this is not suppose to be easy if it were everyone would be doing it right? And to top it off I need 3 lbs this week to get under 200 this week I need you guys to PUSH ME this week0

I want my ten lbs from you give me everything you got this coming week. Look in the mirror and ask your self am I giving yourself 100% every work out? You need to make it hard this is not suppose to be easy if it were everyone would be doing it. Now come on and give your self 100% everytime your working out you are worth it and I know you can do it the pain is temporary.0

well when i don't make my 3 this week i can trace is all back to today and my calorie/salt overload....

But tomorrow... TOTALLY gonna get my butt back in gear....
Need to really focus on water and giv'r 110% each day.... cause while i won't hit 10 in March I want to have the momentum going into April....
so big #'s this week guys... kick some bum and take some names....

I know I said I want my ten lbs but what I really want is for everyone to push yourself like you know you should if you do that that is all that I can ask. If you give it your all the weight will come off like I said it will and should be uncomfortable but that will pass.0

Jamaica is 136, down from 143. I may not hit 10, but I'm going to push for one more by the 1st for a total of 8.0

Here's my Weigh in for this week.. 176.6 not as much progress as I would like, but hey... every little ounce counts.. just have to keep moving forward!!!0

I think this will be my final weigh-in for March. The number is.......*drum roll for effect* 160.0! Almost out of the 160s. Pretty darn happy about that.0

My total loss was 7 pounds... I tried! I'm not too bummed. Seven is a solid number.0

weekend went pretty good! did about 4 hrs of major gardening. I'm thinking i'm gonna really feel it tomorrow! Hoping to see some kind of progress soon! hope everyone has a great week!0
