    woohoo, sounds fun. i'm in. the hardest one for me will be the water.

    That's my weak area as well.

    Hey Everyone,

    Today I completed the following:

    Goal 1 - Log all food DONE
    Goal 2 - drink at least 8 cups of water DONE
    Goal 3 - work out for 30 minutes per day DONE
    Goal 4 - stay under your calories
    Goal 5 - do something for yourself (read a magazine article, a book, work on a hobby, etc....) DONE

    Hope everyone is off to a good start.

    Monday I completed the following:

    Goal 1 - Log all food DONE
    Goal 2 - drink at least 8 cups of water DONE
    Goal 3 - work out for 30 minutes per day DONE
    Goal 4 blew it.
    Goal 5 - do something for yourself Had a nice cigar.
    Today I completed the following:

    Tuesday
    Goal 1 - Log all food DONE
    Goal 2 - drink at least 8 cups of water DONE at least
    Goal 3 - work out for 45 + 25.
    Goal 4 - stay under your calories
    Goal 5 - do something for yourself Nice cigar and a couple of brews

    Wednesday
    Today I completed the following:

    Goal 1 - Log all
    Goal 2 - drink at least 8 cups of water
    Goal 3 - going in a few minutes. walk/ jog
    Goal 4 - stay under your calories so far
    Goal 5 - do something for yourself had a dairy Queen dipped cone with my son.
