My current favorite is egg white omelets with Green Peppers, Turkey Sausage and Peperjack cheese – there is just enough kick to it because of the seasoning in the sausage and the cheese. I’m also loving Greek Yogurt – even though I said I’d never try it but I have to be careful with not eating more than one a day because of how expensive they are.0

I've always been an adventurous healthy eater.....Just my potions were bad:embarassed:
Since spending every Saturday morning at the farmers market last summer I've gotten into eatting Avocados 2-3 times a week. I eat sweet potatoes, butternut and acorn squash every week.
I've been getting into baked fritattas. Eating pumpkin in more savory dishes. I've really gotten into Thai and Indian cooking. At my favorite Thai restaurant they have a pumpkin Thai curry that is A-mazing. I like to add shrimp and brown rice.
I seriously love food0 -
