I get a lot of recipes from Prevention magazine, as well as the Clean Eating magazine (and their respective websites). I also write www.sweetnicks.com, and as a "clean eater," post a lot of yummy recipes there. Made a Carnitas Salad last week, similar to what you can get at Chipotle restaurant. So good, and so easy.0

Thought I'd bring this one back around too.....lots of great sites on this thread!0

bumping for new inspiration. i write at www.sweetnicks.com, and have tons of clean eating recipes there. i love Cooking Light's website for inspiration, and www.skinnytaste.com. Made Broccoli Parmesan Fritters from Smitten Kitchen last night - good stuff. Also made the Cauliflower Soup with Greens last night from Martha Stewart. Needed a bit of salt, but couldn't have been healthier (and is lunch today!)0
