Exercise Plan for the week - tell me yours??

    Did I stick to last week?
    Sunday: 8 mile long run (done)
    Monday: P90X Chest and Back (done)
    Tuesday: 1/2 hr Pylometrics X in the AM and 6 mile run in the afternoon (changed to 4 miles but broke some speed records)
    Wednesday: P90X Arms and Shoulders (done)
    Thursday: 5 mile run after work (changed to 3 miles speedwork on treadmill)
    Friday: 1/2 hr Legs and Back ( changed to 10K run)
    Saturday: Rest day (done)

    Plan for this week ...
    Sunday: 9 mile long run (done and miserable in the freezing rain)
    Monday: Arms and Shoulder and Ab Ripper (done ... will never do Ab Ripper again though WOW)
    Tuesday: 2 mile run and speedwork on the treadmill and 30 minutes of Plyometrics
    Wednesday: Legs and Back
    Thursday: REST DAY
    Friday: 10K run
    Saturday: Chest and Back

    I don't really have specifics of what I am doing when, but I am mixing up Biggest Loser Cardio Max, all 3 levels, and the 30 Day Shred 5-6 days a week, and aiming for 600 calories burned a day.

    Let's see:

    Monday- Stretch
    15 minute Stationary Bike
    65 minute Jog
    5 minute Walk
    15 minute Stationary Bike

    Tuesday- Stretch
    15 minute Incline Treadmill

    These are to be done in succession with no breaks until the last exercise using dumbbells:
    15 Hip thrusters
    15 Swing Squats Each Arm
    15 Push Ups (Using the dumbbells as handles)
    15 Rows (In the push up position)
    15 Lunge Curls Each Leg

    2 minute rest, and repeat

    45 minute stairmaster

    Wednesday- Recover

    Thursday- See Monday

    Friday- See Tuesday

    Saturday- Recover

    Sunday- Rest.
