    Ill start this tomorrow although the veggies thing may be difficult as we dont have alot around the house :/ and i dont think ive ever done 60 minutes of exercising in a day but im sure gonna try ! 10 - 15 min sessions should allow me to get 60 mins in without wanting to quit lol

    I like to hide them in things, like my omelet that I plan on having later... :bigsmile: If I had watercress of spinach in the house, I would throw that in as well!!

    ahsongbird... I hope you can get a lot more fruits/veggies. Maybe you can try getting a new one special for the challenge, and then find a great recipe for it, or a new way to eat it!

    I love doing that too! I love bananas! I also put them on cereal and in smoothies with soy milk.
