phew! 2 more days of ripped and i'm golden. if i can, i'd like to get in a little extra cardio. especially for saturday (birthday cookie cake and coffee ice cream. yum! )0 -

Sadly, with all my exercise today I still went over on cals. I had naughty chicken salad for lunch and then pizza and cake for dinner. LOL, it was good but I don't know how I use to eat like this so often, my stomach is killing me. Another birthday party with parents this weekend, I won't overdo it again, ugh!!0 -

Didn't know if I would get the last bit in, but we got to circus early, so used time wisely - did a lot of walking to, prior to and at circus (including at least 200 steps - at least an hour! Most of it while carrying my 34 pound daughter!0
