    I'm assuming those numbers are for one muffin? Too much sugar for me, but they sound yummy. I wonder how they would taste w/ a sugar substitute......

    Leave the sugar out altogether. With full fat Greek yogurt you get enough lactose to sweeten them anyway and with the vanilla extract and blueberries they should be ok. So I will make them tomorrow and let you know how they turn out.
