    Its not oddI love aching after a workout it shows you have done something and got your body working :)

    day 6 of the shred for me and still loving it :)

    Ive also done Jillians no more troublezones workout today too :)

    Other than my Zumba dvd Jillians ones are my fave by far I love them :)

    Hey guys.. I'm on D5 L1 today after I get done running around... perhaps I'll do the no more trouble zones as well?

    Hi all,

    Day 4, level 1 = done. I followed it up with a biggest loser workout so guess I will be feeling the burn in the morning!

    So glad I worked out today, I usually take Saturdays off

    D6L1 done! Already feeling a lot stronger and much more able to keep up with Natalie.
    Except I still can't do pushups from my feet haha. 4 more days till I'll move up to level 2!

    Did Jillian's Yoga Workout this morning and LOVED it :) I sweat so much! I didn't do 30DS today, and won't tomorrow either, but I'll be starting it again on Monday, I like to rotate between workouts.

    As for Jillian's Trouble Zones workout- I just ordered it! It should be here soon. How is it compared to the 30DS? Do you feel like it's a good workout?

    Just finished Day 4! My arms feel like rubber, but the cardio portion doesn't even phase me anymore.

    I dont have the video with me so I did it from memory. Got it all mixed up but I think i did it all and then some(extra abs). I wont do the shread tomorrow, I am going on a 5ml hike. Good job all.

    Level 1 day 6 done & day 7 tonight!! Also adding in additional cardio now that I'm not so busy. I lost 1 lb since last week too, woohoo!!

    Anyone else having knee issues? I've never had knee problems in my life but ever since this video my right knee kills me & I have had ice it several times- My bf who is a trainer thinks its the knee kicks & cross lunges...

    I just finished level 1 day 8 and doing day 9 tonight. I also started running last night and I plan to run 3x week. I feel really great but still struggle with the side lunges and arm lifts. Those kill my arms!!!

    I'm excited to see what level 2 has in store for us. =)

    Did Level 1, Day 6 today. It still kicks my butt, but it's starting to get slightly easier.

    How's everyone doing so far with this? I hope you're all still hanging in there! I did Level One, day 6 today and I;m feeling good. I can do a lot more than I could on day one. How about everyone else? We can do this! Keep up the awesome work everyone!

    just completed day 8 level 1 - I found today quite today quite tough, has anyone else felt like they are doing ok and then have a day when they find it hard?

    Finished Level 1 day 7 last night- day 8 tonight ....

    My knee has been killing me with this dvd and I've never had issues before so its a little frustrating.

    The workout still kicks my *kitten* but I find myself doing better on all the moves- excited to do day 8 tonight!

    WOW level 2 really pushes you a real step up from level 1 much more work :)

    still loved it though :)

    Level 2 is definitely kicking my butt! There's a few things I have to modify because of knee pain. Grr

    Day 8 Level 1 done.. weird.. I'm super sore today. Like, the front of my right thigh is KILLING (not the quad, more to the outside of my leg).. and it's odd because I didn't feel sore until today. huh.
    I'm going to try level 1 again tomorrow.. and then perhaps move to level 2..

    hey ladies, I thought I would jump in with some motivation. I just finished a shred thread and we lost between 2 and 5 cm off the waist and a couple of cm's here and there. Lots of people noticed big increases is fitness and endurance. Myself, I havdn't done it for about a week now and just did Level 1 and flew through it!! I didnt eat particularly clean and lost 5 cm off my natural waist and 2 cm off my umbilical waist so imagine if you eat well how well you could do. Good luck all :bigsmile:

    Nice job everyone! I'm on level one still, but I'm not doing it everyday so I'm not sure what day I'm on. I just plan on doing level one until I can do the entire routine without breaks, and then moving on to level two. I love Jillian Michaels! And I love that I only have to work out for 20 minutes and I still feel like I got an awesome workout. I also have days where it's really hard suddenly, and up until that point it has been easy...not entirely sure why, but I do have several theories. If the temperature in the room is really cold, I don't sweat as much and I feel like the workout is easier. It also depends on the time of day I'm working out. In the morning I have a lot more energy than I do in the evening around 5pm.

    I also take 1 day off a week, sundays- your body truly changes when you're sleeping & resting so 1 day of rest a week is actually vital for change. but everyone is different thats just what works for me and what was recommended!

    soooooo Im on day 2 level 2 and I can finally do a REAL pushup :) Im getting stronger if anything :):)
