I eat 2 boiled eggs almost every day for breakfast. Don't know when I will be tired of this, so I will eat it until I do! :laugh:0

there are days that my diet consists of purely oatmeal, yogurt & protein bars....is it perfect? Nope, but it keeps me satisfied and it's more because I'm a broke college student working a full time job that alternates daytime and overnight shifts.

I eat a Zone bar every day. I love them! I usually have that for breakfast.
I also eat carbmaster yogurt (from Kroger). It has the lowest sugar and tastes so good with fresh fruit and granola.0 -

I eat plain greek yogurt every day. I either use it as a substitute for sour cream or eat it with some mixed in fruit as a dessert. Pretty much every day I also have at least some chicken and some form of Wasa bread.0
