    I eat 2 boiled eggs almost every day for breakfast. Don't know when I will be tired of this, so I will eat it until I do! :laugh:

    Very often: oatmeal scones, arugula, homemade soup, chicken, brown rice

    there are days that my diet consists of purely oatmeal, yogurt & protein bars....is it perfect? Nope, but it keeps me satisfied and it's more because I'm a broke college student working a full time job that alternates daytime and overnight shifts.

    Oatmeal.

    I love oatmeal.

    Hehe...I eat oatmeal almost every day as well. It definitely fills me up.

    I eat a Zone bar every day. I love them! I usually have that for breakfast.
    I also eat carbmaster yogurt (from Kroger). It has the lowest sugar and tastes so good with fresh fruit and granola.

    protein shakes
    snack bars (Luna bars or Fiber One bars)

    sandwich meat
    chicken

    I eat plain greek yogurt every day. I either use it as a substitute for sour cream or eat it with some mixed in fruit as a dessert. Pretty much every day I also have at least some chicken and some form of Wasa bread.

    That depends. Do you consider it a chicken egg if it contains a chicken or if a chicken lays it?
