    For those of you who use this DVD how do you calculate it in your exercise here in MFP?? Thanks for your help.

    This makes me want to go out and get the DVD.... I like the soreness because it makes me feel like I did something! How long are the daily workouts?

    Workouts are only 20 minutes

    I have a HRM with my weight I float between 314 - 335 depending on how sore i am

    I have no idea how to work out my calories so just put it down as aerobics..... Said about 215 calories I think but I was docked with sweat and totally knackered so was hoping it was more than that......... She does say it burns more calories than the gym though and I burn about that on the cross trainer for 20 minutes.........

    I log it as the circuit training, general category for a 20 minute workout and burn 215 calories at my weight.

    Hmmm - I weigh 178 pounds. I wear my heart rate monitor while doing it and started at level 2. I only burn 138 cals. I would be careful not to overestimate the calorie burn (I am pretty fit, have been exercising for a couple years).

    My HRM says I burn about 250cals doing Shred at Level 2 - I'm 146 lbs and I cycle to/from work and horseride, so I thought I was fit-ish - how VERY wrong I was LOL!!!!!

    I'm really quite excited about this video. I've only done it for a couple of days and I've lost 1 pound so far and hoping I'll lose another pound this week. Aim is 2 pounds per week with strict dieting.

    I've only done level 1 and hoping to creep up to level 2 when I can hack it. 20 mins a day is REALLY do-able and I like that.

    I'm starting this today, I'm excited to see how I tone up
    my current measurements are

    Bust-34 inches
    Under Bust-30 Inches
    Waist-26.3 Inches
    Hips-34.5 Inchest
    Thighs-21 inches

    I'm not to sure of my weight as I haven't weighed myself in about two weeks and I've given up stepping on the scale for lent along with crisps,pastry and chocolate.I think i'm between 128-130 though

    I just started last night and I logged mine as Calisthenics and it came up as 168 calories burned, but i was wondering if that was the correct catagory to put it in. Was trying to find out here on the message boards what is correct.

    I've been doing the shred for two weeks now. I lose 1/2 pound a day. I only do it 5 days a week and go on bike rides. The two days I don't use it I use my elliptical. Im thinking of starting level three tomorrow. Did any of yousign up for Jillian's website? Does that help you lose more weight?
