    weighed yesterday and was 186.8 a loss of 1.4 lbs but weighed in this morning at 188 a loss of .2. So, my final weigh in for the challenge is 188.

    YAY! I'M IN THE 140s!

    I may not have made my goal of 147. But i'm very satisfied with what i've got. Especially since I've been doing more strength training with my cardio lately!

    Ok I', weighing in at 154 today, not much of a weight loss from the start, but I have lost 2 inches from my waist, stomach and hips so I'm quite pleased with that.

    ok so this is were the link led me and today i am exactly 200 pounds so its a total of 18 pounds lost in 61 days
