FABULOUS job! You did great...and I agree with all the tips you are offering. I too have lost 105 lbs. Haven't truly given up anything...just as you said, less of it, and less often. You should be very proud!0

A-MAZ-ING!!! You are a huge inspiration!!! And what you did was so simple, but worked so well. Only walking 30-45 minutes a day?! (Not saying it wasn't hard work!) That's awesome!!! You really give me hope for getting to my goal.
You look fantastic! Congratulations!!!0 -

I think when I first started, it was letting me have up to 2000 calories a day without even working out...I can't really remember, to be quite honest. It was more than enough. I usually take in 1200-1500 now depending on the day, what exercise I did, etc. My daily limit without exercise is 1430 right now according to MFP.0 -
First, congratulations!
Second, that is downright awesome!
Third, not only do you rock, but that was a very inspirational post! Pictures of course, but the story most of all!
Thanks for sharing!
Keep up the great work!

I'm from Maryland (the DC suburbs, though). My uncle called me the name as a kid, derived from the famous Baltimore beer, of course. :-00 -

Keep up the great work! Awesome!!!:flowerforyou:0 -
CONGRATULATIONS! That is just awesome. Its definitely part of my plan to cut out soft drink also. Not planning to have to give up the types of food I eat, more I am planning to give up the amount of it i can eat in one go. It's all so much easier with this site as you can keep track of the calorie amount. Keep up the amazing work!0

you have the most stunning blue eyes! and you look amazing, great work, very inspirational!0
