Level 2 gets better, I took a rest last night after cycling home from work my legs were burning and I couldn't face anything. Got up and did level 2 this morning figured I'd give it one more go before hitting level 3 tommorow and I totally breezed through it, no breaks at all ..... seems the day off did me good

Can I join? I'm only on level 1 day 2. I'm such a wimp - it really made me work hard yesterday and I'm quite used to high impact aerobics so I wouldnt consider myself unfit. Also, I have very weak arms and the 3kg were waaay too much for me! Please tell me it gets easier..... before I move on to level 2 and want to die :embarassed:

Sure - c'mon along. And I think level one is getting easier, but I'm afraid of level 2. Chicken, I know.

I skipped 30DS yesterday, did other workouts instead. I'll do it today - day nine for me, I think.

I know it's not over yet but what's everyone's plans for afterwards? Really liking JM's style I'm not sure what to try next hmmmmm

I can't believe I'm saying this, but my son is getting Insanity - I'm thinking about trying that. I also just started training for a little mountain hiking, I know that will take some pounds off and do some serious work on my bod.

I keep looking at p90x but I don't think I'm ready to commit lol

Day 16 level 3 done ... wow what the heck was that?!? level 3 kicked my *kitten* but I'm determined to get through it.

I am thinking I may just try the c25k program and start running, wish I could get a running partner nearby as I get freaked out running at 6am

Well today I ache, I mean seriously everywhere for the first time since starting 30ds. That level 3 is full on I was doing my best Robocop impression all day at work, you know when you can only get so far down to the chair then just drop lol

Anyways somehow I managed to push through it again today let's see if I can walk tomorrow x

I haven't done a shred in almost a week. I don't feel bad about it, though. I lost a lot of inches doing my 16 days, and I lost a little bit of weight. I really gained a lot of strength and stamina from the shred, and I look forward to trying it again during the summertime.

I am going to focus hard on my running this month, and really enjoy it a lot more than a workout DVD. I'm so grateful for the support of this thread and happy that I gave my best during my 16 days!!

I've been forced to take a few days off. I'm sick. When I get back on it, I'll probably do a couple days of level one, then return to level two. Argh! I wish I could have kept going without interruption. Oh well.

Glad to see so many of you others are doing so well!!!

I'M SLIPPING!!! I did Level One again yesterday, but didn't get one in today. I'm going to the gym tomorrow for my mountain climbing stuff, so I don't know if I'll do the Shred tomorrow either. But I want to finish, Level Two by Thursday, I promise (mostly myself).
