my girls are gone.......not enough though. I was like F or G now I'm a DD. I hope to be a very very very small C when I'm done.

Based on the band size of my bras my back has also shrunk from a 44 to a 34 now and I hope that will continue as well.

i"m currently in a G and i love Lane Bryant cache bras!!!!! I have always been busty even before i started gaining weight. I am interested to see how my girls respond to the healthy food and exercise. hopefully they shrink some but not to where i loose my curves. I would love to be about a D so that i can find blouses that fit awesome.

I was thinking that I would lose more in this area -- particularly since it's so hard to exercise (even with the sports bras.) I am looking forward to buying off of the rack again.

I did the bra fitting a few years ago, and what a difference it made! I am waiting to get another 10-15 pounds off before I go -- I am hoping to see more of a difference before I invest the money.

Thanks for the tips about Lane Bryant and Caccique. I have been struggling to find good bras that don't look like cones (remember Madonna?) I'll check this out.

I've always been big busted...but obviously gaining sooo much weight, they got bigger. lol. Last bra I got before the weight loss started was a 48 or 50 DDD/E. I was shocked...I was going E?!!! Good freakin' grief!!
Now however, that bra looks like an 8 year old trying on her mom's bra on me...I think I'm now down to about a 42-44 D/DD depending on the bra. I figure another 130+ pounds and I'll be a flat, saggy B. lol

I shrunk for sure. The bras I have now are a 32/34D but I feel that they are now getting pretty roomy in the cup. I honestly have no problems with my shrinkage. I'm very happy to be rid of them actually. I'm much more comfortable not lugging those huge things around.

I can't wait to lose my boobs! I'm pretty sure I'm always going to have big ones though...I'm currently a 42G. I've always have had big ones, although...right when I got them during puberty was when I started packing on the weight. So who knows? Maybe I'll be in a normal bra size when I'm a normal size. :) I'm getting fitted again at the bra shop where I bought my last few bras next week. It's in a different state than I live in now, but I'll be in the area visiting friends. I think I went down a waist size. (Hopefully) I really need good sports bra. I'm currently doubling up with a regular bra and a too small sports bra when I work out. Although, I don't think the doubling up will ever change. :)

I have lost about 90 pounds since April 2010. I started at about 42DD/44DD. Now I am 38D. I have always been busty and have hated it. I have a small rib cage and big boobs. Makes it hard to find shirts that fit well. I would be happy with a 34Cish and a lift.

Anyone know any exercises to help lift?

where do you get a good workout bra? for 46dd?

movingcomfort.com, enell (but I can't vouch for enell, others have, like Oprah), titlenine.com, just googled & came up with this site:

    http://www.biggerbras.com/catalog2/bras/sport/

UK people swear by Freya, which they carry at that site along with movingcomfort, etc. Big sports bras are NOT CHEAP, but it's what you need. I believe in the UK they can even get Freya underwire-free, doesn't look like we can in the USA yet.

I actually lost tons of Boobage. I was a 44FF and sometimes a 44G depending on the bra. I am now down to a 38DD. Now that may seem still big to some but, man it sure seems small to me, lololol

I bought a sports bra at a bravissimo shop last week in a 36k!!!!!
they go up to back/band size of 40 although the cup drops to a J or JJ I think.

this cost me £30 and came in a choice of 3 colours, they do have a couple of others with slightly smaller cups.

they do international shipping as well website bravissimo.com

I don't have any to start as it is! 42A haha. Try finding a bra that fits that! You really can't. I'm wearing b's right now because it's all I can wear until my band size goes down with my weight loss. I hope to become a 32A. :)

I went from 48D to 38C. I've also noticed little to no back fat now that I've lost weight (still want to lose about 30 lbs). I actually have an appointment tomorrow for a bra fitting. Intimacy (which was featured on Oprah and one of her favorites) recently opened near me, so I'm going to give it a try. I enjoy watching What Not to Wear and they always say to start your clothes shopping with the right fitting bra, and I'm anxious to see it it makes a difference.

I tried to go bra shopping today. I tried on 20+ bras at kohls. Walked out with 2 that sorta fit. I am need of a fitting for sure! It seems like every bra is different though. Even the 2 I got are different bands and cup sizes. What is up with that!? I can tell I am losing my girls as I lose weight though.

If you can get a a hold of it, the October 2010 Self magazine has a great article "Need a lift" with 2 pages of exercises all using a resistance band. It shows in the article that you can go to self.com and look at the "bust lifters" exercise video I'm just not sure if they'd have it after all these months.

Don't you think it is soooo hard to find bras? I am a 34G and although I don't mind the size I have been looking for a cute swimsuit in my size online and am yet to find one. Pros and Cons

You could probably buy separates, like a tankini top in that size at one place that specialises in large sizes like Junonia, then buy the bottoms elsewhere, I assume you're smaller on the bottom.

Sadly, the girls were the first to go! So, so sad when your little one says daddy's are bigger
    Amen! It's not fair.

I know mine will be too!! My husband actually told me the other day, "Please don't lose too much weight. I love your body!" Which really means he loves my boobs...I had to be 50lbs overweight before I had any. *eyeroll*
