And like I said before, if you don't weigh in on Mondays (I do Thursdays), then feel free to post your most recent weigh in whenever that may have been in the last week. And feel free to share any non-scale victories! I'm personally training for a 5K on May 1st so it's helped a bunch with motivating me to kick my workouts up a notch.0 -

Your not a Party Pooper!! I personally do not like HUGE challenges, it is hard to get to know everyone, and especially if it is an open door!! Thanks for starting this!Looks like we have an amazing group!!

I like the idea of mini challenges, I'm trying to set a personal one of eating more veggies. I know it's not the most exciting challenge, but I definitely don't eat enough of them.0
