    Welcome to the new members! I'll let you guys slide in since its the first week, we've got a big group! Sooo, this is where I'm cutting it off for new people joining the challenge. This way we can get to know everyone a bit better. It's hard with 50 people. I'll also clear out anyone after a few weeks who hasn't been participating so the list isn't so cluttered.

    Keep drinking that water everyone!! I've been trying to drink my 20 oz bottle empty 3 times a day at work, so that's 8 glasses total before I even get home for the night.

    My normal weights workout. It is a bit nuts, but I only do it 2 or 3 days a week. No leg work at all. I figure I run enough. Is anyone here doing near the same? Any suggestions?

    I only work with my personal trainer once a week and we don't have a set weights circuit. He just comes up with an interval training circuit with cardio and strength for me every week so it mixes things up.

    Hope everyone is doing well with water this week so far! I think I've finally made it through my plateau, even if the scale is jumping around a bit. I just need to focus on the week-to-week number and not the daily number since it can swing over a pound.

    If anyone has suggestions for a challenge next week, feel free to post!

    My weight usually swings 6-8 lbs just during the course of a day. I eat lots of sodium and drink alot of liquid. It is almost always gone the next day, unless I am sore from working out. Then I tend to hold on to a pound or 2 for a couple of days.
