It's blue and kind of squishy. How many calories do you think it has? I have two of them so I was thinking of just eating the one.

I'd worry more about the carbs than the calories, but that's just me.

Eat half then wait half an hour. If you're still hungry, go ahead and have the other half.

well mine is green and i think if i smear just a tiny bit of natural peanut butter on it and fill it with strawberries, i could roll it up and slice it like strombolli .............. Maybe i'll eat just one portion at a time.

There will be an eventual creation of shouldieatmyexerciseequipment.com to supplement "The URL"... That said, I think there might be some extra fiber in the mat. Eat it like a sushi roll. Wasabi and Sriracha. No soy sauce because there's too much sodium.

Eat some now and just put the rest in a box so you can eat it later.

I would think that, unless you've been wiping and cleaning it regularly, it would put you waaaay over your sodium. ;-D

Wipe the sweat off of it first, the extra sodium will make you retain water and throw your scale off!
