It's blue and kind of squishy. How many calories do you think it has? I have two of them so I was thinking of just eating the one.

Mine's pink - will that have a different number of calories in it?0

this made me laugh out loud!0
-
I'd worry more about the carbs than the calories, but that's just me.0
-
No no dont even think about two! you will go way over for the day and than tommorow you will have no fuel and go into starvation mood please don't do it.0
-
i have a chew on mine daily when j/m is shredding me lol0

To funny!!!!0

Eat half then wait half an hour. If you're still hungry, go ahead and have the other half.0

well mine is green and i think if i smear just a tiny bit of natural peanut butter on it and fill it with strawberries, i could roll it up and slice it like strombolli .............. Maybe i'll eat just one portion at a time.0

When I read the topic, I thought it was a typo, lol.0

I knew this was you! And no, you can only lick it. 10 calories or less don't count :drinker:0

mine is pink and orange but after all the work I did on it - it will not be that tasty - can we say sweat - EWWWW0
-
Excellent for fibre I reckon0

There will be an eventual creation of shouldieatmyexerciseequipment.com to supplement "The URL"... That said, I think there might be some extra fiber in the mat. Eat it like a sushi roll. Wasabi and Sriracha. No soy sauce because there's too much sodium. :happy:0

NO DONT
theyre to freakin pricey0 -

Mine is green, I might change it for a purple or pink one, they taste nicer!0 -
Eat some now and just put the rest in a box so you can eat it later.0
-
I would think that, unless you've been wiping and cleaning it regularly, it would put you waaaay over your sodium. ;-D0
-
Wipe the sweat off of it first, the extra sodium will make you retain water and throw your scale off!0
-
Might put you way over on fiber..... that might, ummm... back things up, so to speak....0
