While we're at it, does my exercise mat weigh more than my sleeping bag?0

No, but it's clearly more dense. Of course, when you use your exercise mat more than your sleeping bag, you don't get more exercise mats -- it just gets bigger. Your sleeping bag, on the other hand, never goes away -- it just shrinks. Once you have a sleeping bag, you never get rid of it (it's one of those myths that you can exercise away your sleeping bag).0 -
My mat has lily pads and koi on it. I am saving it for a day when I feel I really need some Omega-3.0

You should only eat it if you're not sure how else to eat enough calories in the day. Or maybe if you're staying under your calories every day, exercising like crazy, and still not losing weight.
OK, you could also eat it if you *only* lost 5 lb. last week. Or if you spread it with greek yogurt or cottage cheese.0 -
Didn't your mother ever tell you not to eat off the floor? :noway: I don't think the 3 sec. rule applies here.0

After a few years of bare feet, mine's cheese flavour. Yummy!
Thanks for the best laugh of the day!
