Today I can officially say I've met my FIRST BIG GOAL in this process!! For a couple of days in a row I've weighed in and am SOOOO happy to say that I am officially UNDER 200 LBS!!! I feel on top of the world!! MAN it feels good to hit a big goal. And you know what's great?? Before, when there was something to celebrate, I'd always think of using food. But my first thought today (without even realizing it!) was 'we should do a really fun family bike ride or something!' 6 weeks today and exactly 18lbs but more important, FINALLY back under 200!!! YAY!

    Thanks everyone - it really feels like "the next chapter". That was a HUGE mental obstacle for me. If I didn't feel like I could do it before... I sure do now!!
