    I know there are certain foods that increase sexual libido, but are there certain foods that decrease it?

    Ha! I was wondering this myself. I am on antidepressants and Depo Provera and I'm still completely preoccupied.... the only thing that ever worked for me was just not doing it, at all, the longer it goes the easier it is.
