    I bought the poacher at Sears, it cooks 4 eggs. I've also seen, small, individual ones at the Kitchen store (might be microwavable)

    I also love eggs..But ive never liked the yolk so I usually only do egg whites or I will scramble my eggs. I tried switching to egg beaters because I hate the thought of throwing away a perfectly good yolk, but they were gross. I have high cholesterol so I have to just deal with throwing the yolk out most of the time. I dont think you can eat too much egg if you are only doing it one meal a day.
