    So discouraging...Although scale says one thing but I am noticing clothes are fitting better, guess I'm losing inches instead of weight. Minor achievement but still a bit discouraging. lol.
    If I lose 10lbs on this challenge I will be happy.

    AHHHH!!! The scale is moving sooooo slowly. I saw 154.9 for a fleeting moment earlier in the week, so not sure what happened--maybe too much salt? I've allowed myself some sweet treats, but still within my daily target calories. I'm going to have to really evaluate this and look back at some bigger loss weeks this weekend. On the bright side, at least the numbers are going down! :smile:

  • so just jumping in here .. but Im a little bummed I had NO progress this last week :( .. not a single pound lost.. but on a good note gained either :)

    another 1lb down woohoo!! now 136 lbs - Ive been this weight before and felt slimmer than I do now though so bit confused but thats what my scales say :) I know my tummy won't feel the same as have had 2 children since the last time I weighed 136 but my legs still feel huge :(

    oh well i should stop moaning I guess lol

    I already posted my weight (yesterday). But I weighed today also since I started a new shorter term challenge and I was soooo happy that I've already surpassed my first mini goal on here! And I did it two weeks early! Woo hoo! By the end of the month, I should be a weight that I haven't seen since 2000!
