I'm at 40/35/25 % (P/C/F)
I adjusted my ratio every three weeks before settling on this ratio. It compliments my weight training and cardio programs. Going 50% protein cost to much money.

40/40/20 (P/C/F) but I strive to mix it up daily. Weight training days I'll do carb-loading then go to reduced carbs on non-training days. As for protein, I'm thinking about pushing it closer to 50% as I would like to get in 1.5g per lb of body weight.0

Sort of but nothing super strict. I follow the general guidelines I gleamed from T-Nation. I'm somewhere between 15-18% body fat right now and would love to get it lower too to see more definition in my abs BUT not lose much muscle mass in the process.
If you want a really good source of info for ketogenic diet (like the Ultimate Diet) to hit really low body fat %, check out Lyle McDonald's publications if you haven't already (Ketogenic Diet, Ultimate Diet 2.0, Stubborn Fat Solution, etc.):

Haven't done much research on CLA. I'll have to check it out. Is it safe to stack with BCAA's?
Which thermogenic do you currently use? I have in the past used Cellucor D4 Thermal Shock with some success. I know a lot of people tout OxyELITEPro0 -
I'm using OxyElite Pro at the moment.
Outstanding results but your body starts to get used to it about 2 weeks into it.
CLA is definitely safe to stack with BCAAs.
I'm also using Jack3d on occasion with some workouts.0
