I have no self control when it comes to "treats" so I generally use my exercise calories to repair/refuel after I've worked out. No sense putting junk in after taxing your body.
BUT.... I do this because I have treated myself into size 14 pants, which is absolutely no treat at all. For me it was the treating mentality that caused all this. I haven't given up fast food (on occasion) or anything other than perfectly healthy food... I just can't exercise and then reward myself. I tend to use those calories for exotic things... like 2 pieces of bread so I can have my favorite food: sandwiches :blushing:
I envy people that can have 1 cookie or one small piece of chocolate. I know people like that. I am soooo not one of them!0
