Need some advice please!!

If I were in this situation I would bring a healthy side and eat that along with 1 or 2 other things that are already there. Try to choose the healthiest you can and log it the best that you can. Part of learning to eat healthy is learning to function in these situations, it will be really good practice for you. Plus, if you are good and don't overdo it you will be so proud of yourself afterwards.

I want to thank everyone so far that has responded to my post. I have gotten very good advice from all of you and I will use it!!! I am so happy to be a part of a BIG support group that is there when we need help. Thanks again and on Sunday, I will post how I did.

stick closer to the vegetables, stay away from the breads, cheeses and maybe some pastas. If you do this you can eat to your heart's content. Good luck to you!0

When in doubt, take very small portions, and overestimate the amount of calories in everything.0
