How often do you work out?

I workout 6-7 days a week (sometimes 2x per day) for at min 45min...I do cardio/strength and I wake up at 3:50am to get them in!!!!
I have 4 kids, a hour commute to and from work, work FT, and maintain a home (all domestic/financial).... This is my health/future, so I make it a priority.....

Generally 4-5 days per week for 1-1.5 hours, sometimes longer depending on the pump. Since I strength train, the actual days may vary depending on the intensity of my "tear" and my body's need to heal.
I work, have 4 kids, coach football, baseball and wrestling, play in a pool league and enjoy weekends to their fullest! I don't watch TV and I make sure my body does not become adjusted to any routine. Toning and building is my goal, so mixing up the routine and days helps with the goal.0 -
For instance, whole family knows come hell or high water, Mama is at Zumba Mon & Thurs nights.
I admire that! I'm not a Mom yet, but this is what I have always planned for my future. Mommys deserve to have a life, too. I feel that I'll be a better mother and wife if I take some *me* time to work out and feel good about myself.0 -
Everyday, but the intensity varies. At least two days I go lighter as mini-recovery days. Always feel energized the day after and also helps the workouts feel less repetitive or tedious.0
