    morning snack was 1 cup of fresh pineapple and 1/2 cup of 1% low fat cottage cheese.

    Afternoon snack is an Cura Cura Orange...(oh so sweet!)
  • Sugar free jelly, home-made yoghurt, a sprinkle of flaked almonds. Yummy!
  • I packed a grapefruit & Special K bar. Not sure which I'm going to have.........hmm.

    for later on:

    for later-later (before bedtime):

    I'm just approaching my first snack of the day (it's 10:20am here). I'm having a latte and some almonds. Afternoon will be Trisquits and almonds. Summer's fast approaching and fruits will become a regular snack item soon.
