    I think I am okay with leaving in the 2% milk, because other than my yogurt each morning it is really my only other source of calcium. I am afraid of eating cheese at this point in my weight loss.....LOL

    I refuse to give up coffee, but I did change how I flavor it. I no longer use the full fat full sugar hazelnut creamer (um, I was having a little coffee with my creamer). I now use a splash of half and half and stevia and I only have 1 1/2 mugs every morning and water the rest of the day. I think it helps me get up and going and get to the gym!!!
