Weight loss for the week ?
Although this week is horrible. I know it will be bad. I think I caught something and can't imagine exercising! I will try, I weighed my self this moring and I'm up already 2.2 pounds! Probably mostly sodium and water retention, I hope!0 -
I can't believe I can't even stay motivated for a week.
lol. I have about 25-30lbs left to lose and it just seems so daunting despite how well I've been doing so far. I lose about 10lbs in about 10 days, then nothing for 3-4 weeks, then repeat. I don't know why as I'm doing the same thing each time.
Anyways, lots to do today. Going to try to fit in a good work out (ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 1, 30 Day Shred, and the beginning of the 200 Squats, 200 Sit Ups, and 100 Push Ups programs (love these, done them before)).0 -
Are we posting here every day or just weigh in at the end of the week?
I stayed on track yesterday~~sort of. We went to our Favorite Chinese Buffet last night and I stayed within my Calorie Budget but my Sodium was off the chart! I am drinking lots of water today and hoping for the best.
In the past we did the Buffet 2--3 times a week and ate so much that it hurt to breathe. Now it is a rare treat, and I limit myself to one or two SMALL plates.
Although once I wrote everything down, it looked like I ate half the Buffet!!0 -
