    all this rubbish about don't buy a mac...Im guessing you've never used one.

    I am a Mac user. I'm a film editor and they have the best software for it.

    I bought my first mac in 2000, it lasted my 8 years with no upgrades or issues, it was finally the power supply that went on it, so I figured it was time for an upgrade anyways, so i got an iMac. Stil going 3 years strong with no issues.

    Best thing about Macs, besides how sexy they are...NO VIRUSES.

    Never had one...Not once, Not ever.

    They are worth every penny IMO.

    I'd rather spend t he $2K on a GREAT computer than spend $900 on 3 peice of *kitten* computers.
