    special k cereal (vanilla almond and cinnamon pecan are the best!)
    yoplait light yogurt (thick n creamy is good and gives yogurt a different texture)

    coffee with stevia and ff milk

    6. Tea ( I know Tea is bad, but the Arizona brand that's half lemonade half tea has low sugar!)

    I started 5 days ago, so I dont know if I can fill up 15.

    Currently I can say is:

    -Whole Wheat bread and Peanut Butter Sandwhich... (Its heavy and although high Calorie in combination, it makes me crave food a lot less)
    -Yogurts
    -Almonds
    -Cinnamon Tea

    Wait, why is tea not good for you?

    I *think* that meant that regular bottled, sweetened tea is not good for you. Plain tea is great for health and 0 calories!
