I drink the same amount of coffee a day.. I use 1 tsp of half and half and 2 tsp of sugar in the raw= 52 calories.
if you like yours super creamy and half and half doesn't do it for you , then how about real heavy whipping cream.. it's thick and rich and little goes a long way. you are only looking at 30 cal for a tsp..with sugar that is only 60 cal..0 -

Update - I tried Silk Vanilla Coconut milk in a 10 oz. cup of coffee with a little sprinkle of Splenda and it worked just fine!0
