    Wow this is interesting!

    I'm 5'2" and130 lbs.

    I'm currently wearing my size 7/8 US pants but with a belt. (I refuse to buy new ones until I'm maintaining) I wear a SM top and 7/8 US shoe.

    I guess you can see I got some junk in my trunk, comparing top and bottom sizes. Yikes. :)

    I am 5'8" and currently about 190 (up from my previous low at 179. ARGGGHHH!). I wear a size 12 or sometimes 14 in certain cuts of clothing. I am fortunate to be one of the "plus-size model" types mentioned above: larger in size but with a flat stomach. I buy tops in size M, L or XL depending on brand, and wear a size 8.5 or 9 shoe.

    Between 5'5"-5'6". 147 lbs. Size 12-14 US (depends on the pants). 9ish shoes. Medium shirts (thanks, boobs).

    This is a good example of what the OP was talking about. I'm an inch taller and less than 3lb heavier, and 5 sizes larger in pants. It's because I have a short waisted "apple" build with only about a 2" difference between my waist and hip measurements. That's partly due to the fat I still need to lose, but it's also a consequence of having a rib cage that's too close to the top of my pelvis to allow a well defined waist. I eventually hope to get back into 10's,which is what I wore when I was 30, and which already fit everywhere but the waist. But only vanity sizing or catastrophic illness are likely to get me into anything smaller.

    I'm 5'5" and currently weigh 183. I just got down to a size 16 (US) in jeans. I currently wear an XL top, though will probably be switching to L soon (just need another inch or two off the belly/hip area). I am definitely apple shaped. I have to get pants to fit the belly/hips and they're always baggy in the seat and thighs. Oh, and for shoes I generally wear about a 9 in a D width. Though mostly I wear shoes that come in European sizes, so I'm a 40.

    Trouser waist varies around the 30" mark, depending on the brand.

    I am 5'11" (a giant for a girl!) and 198 lbs. I just bought my first pair of old navy size 14 (I say ON, because they run big) since High School. I wear Large shirts and size 9.5-10 shoes. I am very "large boned." Even at my smallest (Junior year of HS, 150) I looked larger b/c of my hips and ribs.
