    Take a box of Green Giant frozen broccoli with Cheese Sauce and cook according to package directions - add 1 cup cooked macaroni (whatever you have on hand). Mix. Totally Yummy.

    How many servings?
    Ingredients:
    3 cups pasta, cooked (I use whole wheat pasta)
    2 cups cheddar cheese, low fat, shredded
    1 cup cottage cheese, non-fat
    3/4 cup sour cream, non-fat
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 tbsp onion, grated
    1/2 tspn salt
    1/2 tspn pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    Directions
    Mix together all ingredients except breadcrumbs. Pour into cassarole dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 for roughly 30 minutes.

    6 servingss 1 cup each. (I add paprika to my breadcrumbs for a little zest!)

    There is a greater recipe for homemade mac n cheese on skinnytaste.com. I made it the other night and even my husband really enjoyed it. I didnt add the spinach, because my husband doesnt care for it, but it was delicious without and even better the next day.
