a healthy version of roast potatoes
its probably been mentioned or invented before but my need for carbs is great i cut large potatoes into small squares skins included. but used spray oil to stop them sticking and covered them in pepper and some salt... guess a healthy version of salt and pepper spuds
roasted them in the oven at gas mark 7 till they were done and they really tasty!!
