    I just started on here today but I already know mine will be unsweetened chocolate almond milk with a banana and Visalus protein mix,mixed into an awesome tasting smoothie- Yumm

    Mine was raw spinach. I absolutely love spinach and put it in everything, but that was until last week when I found out that raw spinach messes up the meds for Hypothyroidism. :-(

    Skim milk! Gotta have my oveltine every night!! Or more often than that!

    Mine too! Skim milk for the morning, Zucchini and spinich leaves under lunch, and almond milk w-whey powder and Ovaltine after my pre-dinner workout.
