    Other than my boring morning and evening drinks of Coffee with Milk and Hot Chocolate with Milk...

    My next top 2 are Generic Mixed Salad and Stabilised Wheatgerm.

    del monte brand sugar free peaches individual cups (25cal each, have one a day)...

    and as far as ur smart balance buttery spread, look at bremmel and brown yogurt butter. its 45cal a tbls, way easy to spread, and soo delish!

  • 2% milk, followed by raw baby spinach.
  • four grain hot cereal with a banana, cup of ff milk, and 1/2 scoop protein powder. I look forward to it every morning.

    Bananas here too... followed by Bev's Healthy Chocolate Chip cookies (which I haven't had in months, I must have been on a cookie kick at some point), butter, parmesan cheese and coffee. Hmmm.... that list was much healthier a few months ago...

    Mine would be coffee but I don't log it. Mine is Aunt Millies light whole grain bread. Only 35 cals a slice I use it for toast and grilled cheese! Smart Balance spread is my number two!

    I actually do eat other stuff besides Smart Balance! It just so happens that I am a creature of habit in the morning and usually have either oatmeal with a tiny bit of Smart Balance, or and egg and whole grain bread upon with I spread a tiny bit of Smart Balance. Since I now eat breakfast every single day, I eat Smart Balance every day.

    I will also admit that I do have coffee every single day and have not been logging it. Does that make me a bad person?
