    Lunch: Dole Packaged Salads

    2) Whole Eggs
    3) Meats (Bacon, Turkey, Beef, Fish)

    On a different diet:
    1) Chicken Breast
    2) Green veggies (broccoli, spinach, kale)
    3) GoLean!

    I'm new so I don't have a lot tracked, but Ritz crackers... I know they aren't great but they are a great salty treat and I almost always have them for lunch. Second is turkey sandwich with multigrain bread and cheese. Third- broccoli! I love it.
