But what is a link to a site that helps you calculate how many calories are in your homemade dishes?

    Hmm, good question. I've always just added up all the cals in the whole dish and then divide that by how many servings...but if there is a site..that'd be easier!

    I've been doing it GrnEyz's way but the above mentioned site sure seems alot easier and faster!!!

    Here is what I did.
    I went into my daily log.
    Under Dinner I logged all the food I put into my recipe.
    For me it was a meatloaf
    then i saved it as a meat. It calculated all of the nutrition info and now when i have me meatloaf i find my meal, and then select the portion I have eaten.
    ( and dont forget to remove all that food from your dinner or you will be way over on cals!)(

    problem is i looooooove my meatloaf so I always eat too much!!
