Hmm, good question. I've always just added up all the cals in the whole dish and then divide that by how many servings...but if there is a site..that'd be easier!0

I've been doing it GrnEyz's way but the above mentioned site sure seems alot easier and faster!!!

Here is what I did.
I went into my daily log.
Under Dinner I logged all the food I put into my recipe.
For me it was a meatloaf
then i saved it as a meat. It calculated all of the nutrition info and now when i have me meatloaf i find my meal, and then select the portion I have eaten.
( and dont forget to remove all that food from your dinner or you will be way over on cals!)(
problem is i looooooove my meatloaf so I always eat too much!!0
