    bragg brand dressings are really low cal. they have apple cider vinegar to help with digestion too.

    their hawaiian is 20 cal/2tbsp. makes anything tasty.

    I mix olive oil, lemon juice and djion mustard together. Sometimes I add a little black pepper.

    ken's sundried tomato dressing or just using plain lemon juice and a pinch of garlic has been working for me.

    fattie dressings have been making me sick now, like ranch. i can't stand the stuff.

    also light italian dressing, i love the stuff!

    I really like Ken's Steakhouse lite Northern Italian (says w/ Basil & Romano on the label) dressing. AMAZING!

    Only 50 calories for 2 tbsp.



    I second this!!! I don't like most light dressings but this one is great!!

    I just water down full fat dressing if I use it at all. If I am at a restaurant I order it on the side and just dip my fork in it a bit before taking a bite. Low Fat and No Fat dressing is pretty much all chemicals that I wouldn't put into my body.

    Real Mayo watered down with some garlic or whatever added to it is great as well.
