    Well in reassessing, my weight has gone up 10 lb in 5 weeks. Wish I could say I don't know why, but I know exactly why. Lots of "binge eating", and "emotional eating". So I'm trying a new experiment from now until my doctor appointment the 28th. Before I mention it, I'm gonna see if it works. But needless to say, it will involve weighing myself every morning, which is depressing at the moment, but I'm hoping it to get better. Phoenix's posts were inspiring. I'm hoping some of this is salt, water, and hormones, and I really only have 5 real pounds of fat to lose instead of 10 (although my pants may have a different take on it). And of course right when short/bathing suit season is starting. :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad:

    I wish you guys an awesome weigh in this week. Nearing the end of the challeneg, and everyone has been doing so well. Keep it up!

    My goals for the week (keeping myself accountable):

    1. Stay within my calories
    2. No Late Night Snacking.
    3. Do 3 hours of exercise other than classes this week (not sure with ankle if I'll be running)
    4. Weigh everyday and keep a log (hopefully will go down slowly with the top three accomplished :)

    Any specific goals for you guys?

    I lost 0.8 pounds this week. Not too bad I guess.

    My goals for this week:
    1) Exercise, exercise, exercise!
    2) Be mindful of everything I'm eating
    3) Brush my teeth right after dinner (so I'm not tempted - as much - to snack later)
    4) Continue to try to log on to MFP every day

    Awesome job on the weight loss AND on the exciting idea of house warming party!

    I found 2 houses I love and are going to put in an offer... not sure which I will choose. But going to decide soon! They are both awesome and awesomely priced! :-D So... I've been busy busy busy on some personal things and then....

    May 20th I graduate from medical school as a DOCTOR at 25! WOOHOOO
    June - Move to my new house
    July 1- start residency
    July 23- Turn 26!!!! YAY! Happy Bday to me!

    so I have some busy months ahead of me but I HOPE I can stay focused and keep losing weight. I have been more focused lately and eating much less fast food. So let's see what happens!

    FINALLY!!! Went down 1 lb after being on a plateau for the past 2 weeks. Was down 2, but kinda over ate this weekend. We had some friends come down from VA and ate out alot. But we did walk around the Outlet Mall on Sunday. Got some new shoes there. They are Avea's and are those rounded bottom shoes. They were originally $119.99, we got them on sale for $39.99. Me and hubby both got a pair since we have started walking around the neighborhood a couple times a week. It has been great having him work out with me. Our girls have been going with us too. We all have been walking and running a mile. I'm hoping this extra cardio will help melt the weight away. Also, we are having a Zumba intructor come to work on Monday. It's only $5. So, I'm going to try that too.

    good morning....

    just spent over an hour at the gym. felt so good. i had one cup coffee, and a fiber bar and left for the gym. early for me. i want to start getting there early. while i was there was thinking of going back in the afternoon for a nice stroll on the treadmill. oh no what am i turning back into? i feel the tail growing again.
    nothing planned for today. tomorrow and friday have things to get done. saturday having a scentsy party for someone at my house. also it is the library sale. i love their sales.

    Hey ladies, DOCTOR GonnaBeFit (Tiff) is moving to MY CITY!!! We will be working about 2 miles apart!!! :bigsmile: And for those who remember her sister, DOCTOR Tamm, she only lives about an hour away (and I have been so lax in not getting out to see her :frown:).
