FINALLY!!! Went down 1 lb after being on a plateau for the past 2 weeks. Was down 2, but kinda over ate this weekend. We had some friends come down from VA and ate out alot. But we did walk around the Outlet Mall on Sunday. Got some new shoes there. They are Avea's and are those rounded bottom shoes. They were originally $119.99, we got them on sale for $39.99. Me and hubby both got a pair since we have started walking around the neighborhood a couple times a week. It has been great having him work out with me. Our girls have been going with us too. We all have been walking and running a mile. I'm hoping this extra cardio will help melt the weight away. Also, we are having a Zumba intructor come to work on Monday. It's only $5. So, I'm going to try that too.

good morning....
just spent over an hour at the gym. felt so good. i had one cup coffee, and a fiber bar and left for the gym. early for me. i want to start getting there early. while i was there was thinking of going back in the afternoon for a nice stroll on the treadmill. oh no what am i turning back into? i feel the tail growing again.
nothing planned for today. tomorrow and friday have things to get done. saturday having a scentsy party for someone at my house. also it is the library sale. i love their sales.

Totally took off yesterday from diet and exercise and blamed it on TOM. Just needed a day where I gave myself permission instead of obsessing or beating myself up for slipping. It actually felt good and now I'm geared to get everything back on track. Didn't even bothering weighing this morning because I know my sodium was HIGH. Hope you all are doing well.0 -

AFM: Had a great night last night! Did my long run with Kadence and shred. Felt GREAT! Abs are SO feeling it this morning!! (Level 2 has so much plank work!)
