Frozen Yogurt News! TCBY is proud to announce Waffle Cone Wednesday! Each hump day, at participating locations, you can get a ginormous yogurt-filled waffle cone for 99 cents instead of the usual $3 or so. Yowsa! Our advice? Fill it with one of the fat-free yogurts and use the cone mainly as a bowl (only chew a few bites of it -- the calories in that thing add up!).

***Be On TV Alert! If you're an outgoing, TV-friendly chef in the Tri-State area (or know someone who is), here's a chance to apply to be on a brand-new Food Network show. City Lights TV is searching for FOUR chefs to appear on a new reality series. Go here for all the details! - http://casting.citylightstv.com/ChefCastingapply.htm

***Heads up, oatmeal chewers! The instructions on new tube s of Quick Quaker Oats (just the 42-oz. ones) are incorrect! For an optimal oatmeal eating experience, go here to view the correct prep directions. - http://www.quakeroatmeal.com/qo_ourProducts/preparationtips/index.cfm

***Did you know that people who live in older neighborhoods weigh an average of eight pounds less than people who live in newer 'hoods? The reason is that the older communities were built with pedestrians in mind, while modern areas are way less walker-friendly. Just something to keep in mind if you're planning to move.

***Are you getting enough fiber in your diet? Most Americans aren't. And now Benefiber is making it that much easier for you to add the stuff to your life with n ew Benefiber Stick Packs. Each single-serving, flavorless powder packet contains 15 calories and 3 grams of the Big F. Just empty one into some water and you are good to go. Find 'em at Wal-Mart. Ooooh, and go here for a free sample, while supplies last! - http://instoresnow.walmart.com/enhancedrendercontent_ektid46594.aspx
That's all we've got. HG out!
