    I slice of light whole wheat breat (Sara Lee has 45 calories) with 1/4 cup fat free ricotta cheese spread on top (50 calories), and then topped with 1/4 cup diced mango. Total: 145 calories.

    2 tbsp of hummus with 20 grape tomatoes and 6 baby carrots..

    pretzel sticks 52 of them for 110 calories

    goldfish 42 of them for 120 calories

    I love Chobani Greek Yogurt...the lemon is my favorite. 0 fat, 20 g carbs, 15 g protein...
    I also just saw a recipe for Kale Chips...I want to try that.

    Directions

    1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
    2. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
    3. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.

    The recipe that I saw on tv, you sprayed with Pam...and just lightly salted...
