    Okay - I totally missed this whole topic somehow and was going back thru old threads when I stumbled on it - you guys have me CRACKIN' up at work - I can't do that or they'll take my internet privileges away and what, oh what will I do without MFP?     it goes, spin, spin, spin other way, spin, gratuetous bum shot, jog on spot, spin, lunge, lunge, lunge, bend, lunge, spin, spin, jog on spot, thrust, thrust, spin!

    personally, i think there is too much lunging and not enough sashaying, jumping and kicking, but everytime i make a suggestion i get the hose, which just means more spining and lunging.
